On Wednesday, the shocking news emerged that Mounir Nasraoui, father of 17-year-old Barcelona and Spain football star Lamine Yamal, was hospitalized after being stabbed in a parking lot near Barcelona.
This incident has sparked concern among the football community and beyond. Nasraoui was immediately transferred to the Germans Trias I Pujol University Hospital in Badalona, where he was treated for multiple injuries.
Thankfully, these injuries were not considered life-threatening, and his condition has been stabilized. This event, however, has left many wondering how such a violent attack could occur.

Soon after the incident, authorities acted swiftly, arresting four individuals who were allegedly involved in the stabbing, reports Mundo Deportivo.
Among them was the main suspect, who has since been sentenced to prison. These individuals were brought before a court on Friday morning.
The court made specific rulings for the four suspects. For two of them, the court decided they must appear in court twice a month.

Additionally, their passports were confiscated, they were prohibited from leaving the country, and they were ordered to stay at least 300 meters away from the victim and avoid any form of communication with him for a year.
Another suspect was given a six-month ban on contacting or being within 200 meters of Nasraoui. The case remains open, and the suspects are being investigated for attempted homicide and causing bodily harm.
