Tottenham and Ange Postecoglou agree imminent long-term renewal

Tottenham Hotspur will announce a new long-term contract signed after talks between owner Daniel Levy and manager Ange Postecoglu.

Tottenham appointed the Australian manager last summer after parting ways with Antonio Conte. He is due to start his business in the summer transfer window as they prepare for next season.

Several elite clubs expressed interest in the situation, including Premier League rivals Crystal Palace, Brighton and West Ham, who were rumoured to be closely monitoring the situation and progress.

However, it appears that Spurs have won the race and are excited to announce soon they have secured the signature of a vital figure in the clubs future.

New Arrivals and Pending Departures

Rumours suggest the club is planning a major player overhaul in the summer months, so some exciting new arrivals and signings are expected.

The first of the new arrivals is set to be a talented young striker, the son of a former international manager.

Glentoran’s 16-year-old star George Feeney has signed a long-term contract with the North London side, which the club will announce imminently.

After making his professional debut at age 15, the promising young striker has scored one goal in 10 first-team appearances this season.

The signing has been seen as a huge win for Spurs after the level of interest in the youngster.

Feeney will continue his development at Spurs, and despite being a little way off making a first-team appearance, it is just the start of the club’s busy summer ahead in the transfer market.

Who is George Feeney?

Born in Newport, Wales, George Feeney is the son of Warren Feeney, ex-Northern Ireland striker and manager.
