There is no shortage of talents coming out of Brazilian football right now. The likes of Endrick and Vitor Roque have fetched a good amount of money from European clubs lately, and this trend is unlikely to fade out anytime soon.
The next player in line to fetch a big-money move could be Estevao Willian of Palmeiras. The young winger might not have made as big a breakthrough as his teammate Endrick, but he has emerged as a hot topic in the market due to his immense potential.
Barcelona are among the clubs keeping close tabs on Estevao Willian, though the Catalans face stiff competition from other Premier League clubs.
Palmeiras want Barcelona to pay €60 million
After earning a fortune through the sale of Endrick, Palmeiras are eyeing another big-money deal, this time through the sale of Estevao Willian.
According to a recent report from Adrian Sanchez, the Brazilian outfit want Barcelona to pay Estevao’s release clause, which is worth somewhere around €60 million.

That is quite a fortune for a player, who is yet to make a proper breakthrough in professional football. Estevao, after all, is only 16 and has made just one competitive appearance for Palmeiras.
The majority of Estevao’s performances have come in the youth competitions, with the youngster raising eyebrows with his solid displays in Copinha and youth Copa Libertadores.
The promise to Barcelona
Other than Palmeiras demanding €60 million for Estevao, Sanchez also reports that Estevao’s father had promised Barcelona they would wait for them.
This was a crucial understanding for Barça, given the fact that they face competition from other European giants such as Chelsea and Manchester City.
However, Sanchez points out that the pressure in recent weeks has been high, which might lead to Estevao’s father breaking that promise.
