Barcelona teenage prodigy Noah Darvich wins FIFA Under-17 World Cup with Germany

Barcelona will have a youth World Champion in their ranks now as teenage prodigy Noah Darvich has won the FIFA Under-17 World Cup with Germany today.

The teenage sensation, who signed for Barça only earlier this summer, has been tipped for a bright future in the game.

And the young talent showcased his vast potential and promise throughout the Under-17 World Cup that took place in Indonesia over the past three weeks or so.

Darvich’s efforts have now been rewarded with the youngster captaining Germany to the World Cup triumph as they defeated the France Under-17 side 4-3 on penalties after the game ended in a 2-2 stalemate.

Darvich was once again on target for Germany at the biggest stage in the finals today, and finishes the tournament with two goals and four assists, leading the team by example.

It has been an exemplary run for the Germany Under-17 side, with Darvich one of the standout performers, along with Borussia Dortmund’s Paris Brunner.
