Ant and Dec took another brilliant jab at Sunderland on the first episode of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here last night – and which has become a big talking point on social media.
The Geordie duo described the Australian outback as a ‘barren, deeply hostile environment that is barely fit for human habitation’, saying ‘imagine Sunderland…but hotter!’
A clip of the joke has been circulating social media and has seemingly wound up a fair few Sunderland fans – so a job well done for the Newcastle-supporting presenters! Watch the clip below:

It’s safe to say there may be some complaints about the comments made by the pair, but it was definitely worth it to see the outrage that it caused on Twitter.
